Based on the projects our clients submit, our Company develops various solutions that respect the stylistic needs of the Brand, producing items on an industrial scale to contain costs. The organization has the resources and specialized staff to carry out most of the work internally.

Following guidelines received from the Customer, the timing of each stage of the manufacturing process is determined. The total time involved determines the cost of the product which is communicated when the sample is delivered.

Once the fabric is received, the most important information listed on the Customer's documents is identified and entered into the system: the processing specifications, the number of items to be produced and the requested delivery date. An internal arrangement (commitment order) accompanies the product throughout the production process. The commitment order contains four bar codes, each of which identifies one of the four most important manufacturing stages, allowing us to follow production progress. Currently, using a username and password, customers can access their reserved area and monitor the production progress which they entrusted us with, verifying the quantity received compared with those items still being processed.

All activities carried out by our company allow us to offer a complete service: cutting, manual and machine work, ironing, quality control, packaging, packaging management (barcodes, tags, leaflets, boxes, etc.) and shipping.
